A few things you should know

The pool and hot tub were a great hit with the kids. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast hours were early.

There were several issues with cleanliness, notably visible wear and tear in our room and unpleasant pet odors that lingered unpleasantly.

Terrific and immaculately clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is excellent. The staff is excellent and extremely friendly. The units are updated, a nice size with comfortable beds.

stayed here with my dogs and everything was brand-new. booked double room, that was provided with pull out sofa, comfortable beds, as for instance.

Unwelcoming vibes and dirty rooms

Check-in was a nightmare-no one around, and the staff was rude. The room was worn out and not clean at all. I found scum in the toilet, gross! It had old carpet and bad lighting. Breakfast was just okay, and there's a snack bar, but honestly, the stay was disappointing overall.

The staff was excellent and the room was outstanding. Very good Hotel for the price.

The water pressure in the shower was lower than I like.

Staff was very pleasant as well as helpful. The room however was very dusty, probably due to no one having stayed in it for a while. The dusting and cleaning really needs to be maintain much better for the rates you charge.

Cleanliness! Surface cleaning is not cleaning at all.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub after a long day on the road, and the in-room TV had a nice selection for the whole family. Although the breakfast options were a bit limited, it was still enough to fuel us up for our journey. A few more snacks in the shop would've been great, but overall, we enjoyed our stay 😊

I love this place. It is our second time with you and if we're travelling that way again I will certainly return. The breakfast was great and served early. Also, your pet policy made our stay even better. Redford (our aussie) has a special tail wag. The room was very clean and the location was convenient to everything.

I experienced an issue with my reservation that disturbed my night. There was a lack of wine and beer options in the snack shop.

The hotel was terrific and the staff was reasonably good, it had absolutely perfect location close to many food places. We had Hearing Impaired Access room with a handicapped shower, pull out sofa and an iron, which was important. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was fresh made and great. The stay was absolutely really nice.

Nice and terrific place, I truly enjoyed very welcoming personnel.

The room was both updated and clean with devices, comfortable beds.

Do recommend for a quick stop

Comfortable room, clean room, with essential amenities like free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception, made my overnight stay convenient and enjoyable as I explored the area.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

We were close to expressway.

I stayed one night in kingsland and la quinta exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious with comfy beds, and the staff was helpful . Breakfast included fresh pastries and a solid coffee selection.
